Refund policy

Last updated: June 2026

Wazzly is a one-time purchase — you pay once, self-host it, and reply forever. We want you fully sure before that money stays with us, so every license is backed by a 30-day money-back guarantee. Not for you? Full refund, no questions.

This policy explains who qualifies, how to ask, how long it takes, the handful of exceptions, and how it sits alongside the free trial. It covers licenses bought directly from ZeltenLabs ("we", "us") for the Wazzly software ("Wazzly").

The 30-day guarantee

If you buy a Wazzly license and decide it isn't right for you, request a refund within 30 days of your purchase date and we'll return what you paid in full. You don't need to justify your decision — changing your mind is reason enough.

The 30 days run from the date of the original purchase shown on your receipt, not from the day you install or first log in.

How the free trial fits in

Before you buy, you can run Wazzly free for 7 days with no card and no commitment. The trial is the no-strings way to kick the tyres; the 30-day guarantee is the safety net for after you've paid.

  • The free trial is separate from the money-back guarantee and doesn't shorten it.
  • If you trial first and then buy, your 30 days still start fresh on the day you pay.
  • Trials aren't charged, so there's nothing to refund unless and until you purchase a license.

Who's eligible

You can request a full refund when all of the following are true:

  • You bought your Wazzly license directly from ZeltenLabs.
  • It has been 30 days or fewer since your purchase date.
  • You're the original purchaser, asking from the email tied to the order.

Refunds for licenses bought through a reseller, marketplace, or other third party are handled under that seller's policy — please contact them directly.

How to request a refund

Email support@zeltenlabs.com from the address you used to buy, with:

  • your order or receipt number, and
  • a one-line note that you'd like a refund (a sentence on what didn't fit is welcome but never required).

We'll confirm by email, deactivate the associated license key, and start the refund. After a refund, your right to run, host, or distribute that copy of Wazzly ends, and you agree to remove your installations.

Timing

We aim to approve eligible requests within 3 business days. Once approved, the refund goes back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it can take a further 5–10 business days to appear on your statement — that part is outside our hands.

Exceptions

The guarantee is generous, but a few situations fall outside it:

  • Requests after 30 days. Once the window closes, the sale is final.
  • Custom or paid services. Bespoke development, migrations, installation help, or other professional services we bill separately are non-refundable once delivered.
  • Abuse. We may decline refunds where there's evidence of license resale, repeated buy-and-refund cycles, or other clear misuse.
  • Third-party costs. Charges you owe to other providers — such as your own server, hosting, domain, or the WhatsApp Business API — are billed by them and aren't ours to refund.

Questions or trouble

If Wazzly isn't behaving as promised, talk to us before the clock runs out — most issues are quick fixes, and we'd rather help you stay than see you go. Either way, reach us at support@zeltenlabs.com and a human will reply.

This refund policy is part of, and should be read alongside, our Terms of Service. ZeltenLabs may update it from time to time; the version in force is the one published here on the date of your purchase.
